#ARTNODISTANCE

River City Bangkok is pleased to announce #artnodistance as a platform for emerging artists and talented art lovers.
Social distancing has its challenges, but there is also an upside. With more time at home we get to spend time catching up with things in need of attention. We can also try our hand at something new, like getting creative.

Why not paint your own masterpiece, write your own poem and upload it to Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #artnodistance River City will help share it with our community of art-lovers.

When life returns to normal, and we reopen River City, we will select creations to be printed for an exhibition of our online community. These artworks will sit alongside the works of Jitsing Somboon, Kob B.O.R.E.D, Paintfah, Gongkan, Suntur, Jirayu Koo and many more who are joining in the campaign to lift spirits across Thailand.

So what are you waiting for? Here is all you need to do:
1. Create artwork that you think will lift the spirits of people facing hardship due to COVID19. It can be a piece of digital art, painting, poem, photograph, video, videoconference, voice record, new song, face mask, whatever!
2. Take a picture (or record) of your work and write down a few words to describe why you have submitted it for the #ArtNoDistance campaign.
3. Post it on Facebook, Instagram with hashtag #artnodistance #rcbathome and tag your friends to make art under the concept of #artnodistance. Don’t forget to make the post public as we would love to see your arts!

We’ll select the outstanding works of each week and post them on www.rivercitybangkok.com.

The artists of selected works will get free access to all RCB exhibitions in 2020.

The next artists might be YOU! Submit now until 30 April 2020.
